Is it possible to hire major-touring artists without paying top-level prices? Y-E-S! Not everyone can pay high fees that accompany the likes of James Taylor (500K), Carrie Underwood (850K) and Bon Jovi (850K). That’s exactly why we created SUPERCHARGED bands, layers of excitement added to our signature bands.
Supercharged bands include:
- mega bands ranging from 22 – 30+ musicians
- custom-themed lighting and set décor
- elaborate costumes
- amazing choreography and dancers
- endless options such as adding Broadway Star Allison Semmes or Philip Bailey from Earth, Wind & Fire to the band, incorporating shadow dancing, an authentic drum line and much more.
For instance, Big Swing Dance Experience (BSDE), led by Grammy Award Winner Jerry Freeman, recently performed at a private residence in Little Rock, Arkansas. BSDE featured 22 pieces, including five vocalists, eight horns, four string players and five rhythm section musicians. (This is a much bigger act than our signature band that typically features between 13 – 17 musicians.)
At this particular event, BSDE set the mood with a trio performance for the cocktail/dinner set. Guests were then led by our second line horn parade from the front entry to the reception room. (Now that’s how you make an entrance!) And, we then rocked the house with a full reception set with our 22-piece mega band on a large 32 x 28 stage.
Guests were “wowed” by the music, dancing and elaborate wardrobe changes. We even provided our own production team, making the entertainment experience seamless for our event planner partners who designed and executed an amazing event.
